Strive by Elephant Workshop — Your Right to Delete Your Data
If you are unable to access the app, you may request account deletion by email:
You do not have to delete your whole account to remove your data. You can delete individual records at any time and keep using Strive.
Deletion in the app is immediate and permanent. If you would rather have us remove specific data for you, email pjimin@gmail.com with "Data Deletion Request" in the subject line, the email address associated with your Strive account, and a description of the data you want removed. We process these requests within 45 days in accordance with CCPA requirements.
When you delete your account, all of the following data is permanently removed:

| Check-ins | All daily check-in records (mood, craving level, sleep quality, notes) |
| Journal Entries | All journal entries, drafts, and mood tags |
| Triggers | Custom triggers, trigger logs, and craving records |
| Coping Data | Coping tool logs, breathing session records |
| Safety Plan | Warning signs, coping strategies, emergency contacts within plan |
| Milestones & Streaks | All milestone achievements and streak history |
| Messages | All sent and received supporter messages |
| Supporter Links | All supporter/supporting relationships (removed bidirectionally) |
| Invitations | Pending invitations marked as expired |
| Emergency Contacts | All saved emergency contact information |
| Uploaded Files | Any files or media stored in your account |
Warning: Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. Once your account is deleted, your data cannot be recovered. If you wish to use Strive again, you will need to create a new account and go through the approval process.
