1. Our Commitment to Child Safety

Strive is committed to the safety and protection of children. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy toward all forms of child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). We actively work to prevent, detect, and respond to any such content or behavior on our platform.

Important: Strive requires all users to be at least 13 years of age to use the App, in compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).

2. About Our Service

Strive is a wellness support application designed to help individuals in substance abuse recovery. The App provides the following features:

All content within the App is focused on recovery support and wellness. There is no user-generated public content, no public forums, and no open messaging between strangers.

3. Our Commitments

  1. 1. Zero Tolerance for CSAE We strictly prohibit all content, behavior, or activity that sexually exploits, abuses, or endangers children. This includes grooming, sextortion, trafficking, or any other form of exploitation. Any such content or behavior will result in immediate account termination and reporting to authorities.
  2. 2. Age Verification Users must be at least 13 years of age to create an account. Users between 13 and 17 must acknowledge that they have reviewed our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
  3. 3. Content Moderation Our administrative team monitors the platform for any inappropriate content or behavior. The supporter messaging system is designed exclusively for supportive, encouraging communication. Any misuse is subject to immediate action.
  4. 4. Reporting Mechanism Users can report any suspicious content, behavior, or safety concerns via email. All reports are reviewed promptly by our dedicated safety team and escalated to law enforcement when appropriate.
  5. 5. Cooperation with Law Enforcement We comply with all applicable child safety laws and regulations, including COPPA. We actively cooperate with law enforcement agencies in investigating reported incidents of child exploitation.
  6. 6. Data Protection for Minors For users between 13 and 17 years of age, we apply additional protections: journal entries are always private, supporter features require explicit permission settings, and we minimize data collection to what is necessary for the Service.
